Vehicle monitoring
A battery voltage monitor sits on the vehicle's battery and reports its voltage on a schedule you choose. Set a low-voltage threshold and you'll hear about a draining battery while there's still time to charge it.

Equipment monitoring
Small manufacturing shops rarely have plant-wide monitoring. The temperature and switch sensors run on two AA batteries and report over the shop's existing Wi-Fi, so there's nothing to wire and no controls system to integrate.
Readings come in hourly, or every 5 minutes when you need a closer watch, and you get an email or push notification when one crosses a limit you set.

How it works
Each sensor wakes on its schedule, takes a reading, sends it over Wi-Fi to the Altrara sensor service, and goes back to deep sleep. The service stores every reading, checks it against your thresholds, and notifies you when something needs attention.
